Call Center oriented backend customer account management software

A speed-critical user-friendly heavy duty backend application software for a call center, where the call-center executive is supposed to interact with customers on the phone, and simultaneously enter/update data on our application in real time.

This application was perfected over three cycles - as the client evolved their own idea of what is best for them, we followed up with implementation of their ideas.

A special feature of the UI is that the database is updated as soon as any field in the customer-data-page is updated. This means that you do not need to press a submit/update button at the bottom of the page to update the database; the update happens immediately on entering the data.

Their existing system has customer data stored across multiple MySQL databases. Rather than completely change the database and make it incompatible with their legacy application, we connected to these multiple databases, and performed customer search query across these multiple databases.
