Decision support systems, or DSS (Decision Support System) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and manipulating data. The system was used to aid decision-making in situations semi structured and unstructured situations, where nobody knows for sure how the decision should be made. The problems are very urgent is the problem of the distribution of cement by sea. In the distribution of cement to the area representative, PT sem*n Padang more use of marine transportation services by cooperation agreements with several shipping companies. The tool used was sea transport bulk vessel, bag and container ships. To assist managers in making decisions then assisted with TOPSIS method so that it can support management via ship loading bulk cement packing plant determination purposes. Determination of attributes / criteria greatly affect the outcome of the calculation method of TOPSIS. Keywords: DSS, Distribution, Loading, Cement, TOPSIS.

Today‘s business competition, which is highly dependent on digital technology, requires high mobility in each movement, particulary by business doers. This has led to the failure of a large number of businessmen, including young entrepreneurs in Indonesia, in achieving their business objectives. The current study aimed at identifying the implementation of EFI based business by young entrepreneurs in Mataram. An explorative inductive research method was used to conduct the study. The findings of this study showed that enterpreneruship activities in Mataram was dynamic and grew positively. This could be seen from the increase of young entrepreneurs in this city each year. We also found that EFI based business in Mataram has yet to optimally grow in particularly to encourage the birth of enterpreneurhsip which has been national agenda. The results of this study revealed that these the implementation of EFI based business give prositive experiences to young businessmen in this city as these principles supported all their business process. Future study is needed to explore this issue indepth.
ORIENTATION EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL MOTIVATION, COMPETENCE AND PERFORMANCE OF BUSINESS

This study was designed to test and analyze empirically the mediating role of entrepreneurship motivation and competence in explaining the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial characteristics of the business performance of SMEs in Makassar City Manager. Convenience sampling technique is used with a total sample of 117 Manager. Results of analysis using PLS Warp 5.0. provide evidence that the motivation of entrepreneurs proven as mediation sebahagian (partial mediation) while the competence to act as pemediasi full (complete mediation) in explaining the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of the business.
HOW TO INCREASE BRAND TRUST ON ISLAMIC BASED SCHOOL IN PURWOKERTO CITY, INDONESIA

Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest population in the world of over 234 million people (Central Board of Statistics, 2010) where 87% of them are Muslims. The condition demands for professional management of Muslim worships, in order to meet the need of spiritual value to be achieved as expected. Supporting facilities and infrastructure facilities, either in the form of a place of worship, Islamic callings (ةوعدلا) activities, socio-civic institutions, including Islamic schools, should be able to meet the spiritual needs of the adherents of the majority religion in this country. The demand of parents who want their children not only to master the cognitive aspects of Islam, but also to have an Islamic noble character, have made some education practitioners open some schools with Islamic based education. Parents/guardians have an important role in deciding schools choice for their children. The trust on the schools affects their decision to choose the Islamic based schools. Some studies show that marketing managers have to give attention to increase brand trust of the service products, including education services. This study aims at determining the effect of brand characteristics, customer’s brand characteristics, and organizational characteristics of the brand trust, either simultaneously or partially, as well as their influences. This study uses explanatory approach, which finds the factors that affect confidence in the brands of the schools. The population is taken by using the census of the parents/guardians of the students of Islamic based schools in Purwokerto and giving questionnaires to 145 respondents, while the method of data analysis is analysis of the path (path analysis). The brand characteristics, customer’s brand characteristics, and organizational characteristics on brand trust is influenced by both direct and indirect impact on Islamic Based School in Purwokerto. Manager of Islamic Based School should give attention on these factors that affect brand trust. EFFECTS OF INSTITUTIONAL OWNERSHIP AND PROFITABILITY TO FIRM VALUE WITH THE CAPITAL STRUCTURE AS INTERVENING VARIABLE (EMPIRICAL STUDY AT COMPANY TOURISM INDUSTRY SECTOR LISTED IN INDONESIA

This research aims to examine empirically the influence of intitutional ownership and profitability to firm value through capital structure. Populations in this research are tourism industrial sectors listed in the Indonesian Stock exchange which had been active since 2007-2014 as many as 19 companies. The hyphothesis examination uses regression analysis with the SPSS program. Results of the research show institutional ownership and profitability have significant effect to capital structure and firm value. But the capital structure has no significant effect to firm value. Path analysis test shows that the capital structure can be an intervening variable to mediate the relationship between institutional ownership with firm value, but the capital structure cannot be an intervening variable that mediates the relationship between profitability with firm value.

Abstract: Lately this has been a tendency on the market players to replace the term MICE tourism became "The Meetings Industry". MICE world is a world of unspoiled well in Indonesia. Though MICE world is one of the mainstays of tourism in some developed countries. MICE world is one of the promising business world. But only very few Indonesian side who want to play in the world MICE. As Japan with "Tokyo Motor Show", German "Frankfurt Motor Show", and so forth. Even the various travel agencies have made travel package to visit a variety of MICE events in various parts of the world. This is a huge business potential. MICE world has a huge multiplier effect. Very many jobs would be created from any MICE event in a country. Dozens of industrial wheels in the world will spin well because there MICE events. MICE as part of the tourism industry increasingly play a role in the tourism industry and the Asia Pacific region, including Indonesia, which assessed the region's rapid growth in the MICE industry and has great potential. The training program is directly related to the potential of MICE tourism is currently growing in the Asia Pacific region. Several countries in the Asia-Pacific region that has been developing MICE tourism, among others, Australia, Japan, Korea and Singapore. The increasing role of tourism in development, the role of tourism in the MICE industry continues to grow and becomes diversification of tourism products continue to be developed by various countries. Asia Pacific is a region with its MICE industry growth quite rapidly, such as Australia, Japan, Korea and Singapore, which have a very high MICE activities annually. Indonesia itself, has been slowly growing MICE infrastructure such as in Bali, Jakarta, Medan, Manado, Makassar. Is currently in cooperation with the WTO to continue to develop MICE tourism in Indonesia. There are still many areas that have not prepared the infrastructure, accommodation, and that many do not have a human resources professional or a good quality is one of the many factors in the international marketing communications MICE industry in West Nusa Tenggara. In fact, very MICE industry to be developed because of the resulting economic impac t is very large compared to the usual leisure travel industry. The method used in this research is using quantitative methods with descriptive approach. The population in this study are all the people involved and are associated in the implementation of the management of MICE in West Nusa Tenggara. The results showed that the implementation of MICE in West Nusa Tenggara Lombok Island is still needed better promotion better, both in terms of communication, as well as acceleration of marketing.
